Building Soil – Creating Land (Part 2): A Field Day with Dr. Christine Jones takes place at multiple locations in July-August 2015.
 
Each session will include a presentation by Dr. Jones on the basics of soil health and the processes that maintain and build healthy topsoil. The presentation will be followed by a field walk to further explore the relationship between plants and soil microbes, assess rooting depth, and discuss the effect of land management on plant root, growth and function.
