On yesterday’s show we spoke with Dr. Nicole Gaudette, a senior sensory scientist with Alberta Agriculture about the Sensory Evaluation Program and how it can help Alberta businesses get their products into market. In the second part of our interview, Gaudette details the work being done at the Food Processing Development Centre.
