NEDA Announces Retirement of Ralph Gaiss, Executive VP & CEO

Ralph Gaiss, executive vice president and CEO, retired from Northeast Equipment Dealers Assn. (NEDA) on June 30, 2023. "He was an inspiring asset to all the dealer members, Board of Directors, and the employee team he enjoyed working with," the association says.

Gaiss said it was difficult to retire because of the respect he has for all our dealer and associate members, the dedicated employee team and ‘Sister Associations’ in the U.S. and Canada. He is also proud of the accomplishments made over the years and NEDA will continue to be the best place to serve equipment dealers in the Northeast.

He expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Board of Directors, and all the members for the courtesies they have shown him and his family and wishes all members of the Northeast Equipment Dealers Association, Inc. the best of luck, and continued future success.

Gaiss's successor will be David Close. His current position as Director of Operations and his long-time tenure of over 35 years and experiences in various other capacities with the association, will ensure successful operating continuity and structure to serve NEDA Dealer Members going forward.
