Well-Known Saskatchewan Cattleman Boyd Anderson Passes Away

 
A well known cattleman from Glentworth has passed away in Moose Jaw.
 
A veteran of the second world war, Boyd Anderson was 96.
 
He served in many posts designed to improve farming and ranching life.
 
He is a past president of the Saskatchewan Stock Growers Association, a past president of the Canadian Cattlemens Association and the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities.
 
 
He was honored for his work and received an honorary doctor of law degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Order of Merit and membership in the Order of Canada.
