A John Deere combine sold for the highest amount during an August 9 hosted by BigIron Auctions.

A 2014 John Deere S680 combine from New Castle, Kentucky sold for US$180,750 ($229,954 CAD) to a buyer from Indiana after 128 bids.

Specs: 843 engine hours, 533 separator hours, Moisture Tester, Contour Master, Power Lift Spreader, Full Light Package, 2-Wheel Drive, 13.5 L 473 HP. Another 2014 John Deere S680 combine from New Castle, Kentucky was sold to a buyer in Indiana, this time after 284 bids.

The sale price was US$176,250 ($224,188 CAD).

A 2011 CLAAS Jaguar 980 forage harvester from Greely, Colorado sold for US$157,250 ($199,996 CAD) to a buyer from Washington after 293 bids.

A 2007 Case IH Steiger STX380 HD 4WD tractor from Webster City, Iowa sold for US$91,000 ($115,747CAD) to a buyer from the same state after 177 bids.
