Registration Open and Agenda Set for AgCareers.com Roundtable in Nashville

Ames, IA – The AgCareers.com Roundtable is the only industry-specific event of its kind, focused on recruitment and retention in the agricultural and food industries. The 20th annual AgCareers.com North American Ag & Food HR Roundtable is back in-person on August 3 & 4, 2022 in Nashville, Tennessee. AgCareers.com announced the education, networking & anniversary celebration agenda, and just launched registration.

The Ag & Food HR Roundtable is the foremost North American event for agricultural human resources, managers, and educational professionals. The combination of HR and education professionals provides a unique and rewarding networking experience found nowhere else. Tennessee State University in Nashville will host this year’s AgCareers.com Roundtable.

The event agenda focuses on two full days of educational sessions regarding high-interest trends in recruitment and retention. North American agriculture and food industry employers, college career services staff, and association representatives assisted AgCareers.com in developing the topics for the Roundtable agenda.

“We’re grateful for the industry peers that joined our Roundtable Organizing Committee,” said Bonnie Johnson, AgCareers.com Marketing & Communications Manager. “Their industry expertise, experiences, and feedback contributed greatly to the development of a strong agenda addressing timely topics about talent management and student preparation in agriculture and food,” added Johnson.

Sessions kick-off with “Industry Disrupted: Managing the Future of Work,” followed by topics focused on student recruitment, benefits, diversity, employer transparency, rural recruiting and retention, and professional development. Registrants also customize their schedule by selecting from additional concurrent sessions each day, along with many chances to network and learn from fellow attendees. Participants may also earn continuing education credits for attendance. Registration is now open to all attendees.

Each roundtable registration also includes the 20th Anniversary Celebration Networking Dinner, an exclusive event at Johnny Cash’s Bar & BBQ in downtown Nashville.
