Ag Express Electronics Names New CEO

Ag Express Electronics, parent company of Ag Express and Integrated Circuit Works — announced that Eric Randolph was unanimously appointed as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Randolph has served as Interim CEO since June 2024.

Randolph brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, having previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. His leadership and dedication have been instrumental in guiding Ag Express through significant change and growth.

“We are pleased to have Eric take on the permanent role of CEO,” says Sam Iogha, Ag Express Electronics Board Chair. “His proven track record, combined with his deep understanding of the marketplace and company, make him the ideal leader to guide the organization into the future.”
