Canada: PED update cases in Manitoba

Manitoba Pork can now confirm 21 cases of PED in 2019 (9 finisher, 2 nursery and 8 sow), 19 in southeast Manitoba and two west of the Red River in the Lowe Farm/Morris Area.
 
Manitoba Pork strongly recommends that producers ramp up their biosecurity efforts. Consult your herd veterinarian and visit Manitoba Pork's biosecurity webpage for ideas on where improvements can be made in your operations.
