A John Deere combine sold for the highest amount during an August 9 hosted by BigIron Auctions.

A 2014 John Deere S680 combine from New Castle, Kentucky sold for US$180,750 ($229,954 CAD) to a buyer from Indiana after 128 bids.

Specs: 843 engine hours, 533 separator hours, Moisture Tester, Contour Master, Power Lift Spreader, Full Light Package, 2-Wheel Drive, 13.5 L 473 HP. Diesel Engine, Premium Cab, Pro Drive With Harvest Smart, Command Touch Multi Speed Drive, 4WD, M S 60 Tip Up Kit, Hydraulic Operated Bin Fold, 400 Bu. Bin, 6.9 Unloading Auger, Premium Cab (Sound Guard) With AM/FM Weather Band, Bluetooth Radio And CD Player, Remote Mirrors, 750/65R26 Flotation Tires by Firestone on the Front. 1250/50R32 Flotation tire by Firestone on rear.



 

Another 2014 John Deere S680 combine from New Castle, Kentucky was sold to a buyer in Indiana, this time after 284 bids.

The sale price was US$176,250 ($224,188 CAD).

A 2011 CLAAS Jaguar 980 forage harvester from Greely, Colorado sold for US$157,250 ($199,996 CAD) to a buyer from Washington after 293 bids.

Specs: 1,468 hours (engine 1), 1,317 hours (engine 2), 1,166 hours (cutter), Twin Mercedes 6 Cylinder Diesel Engines, Hydrostat Transmission, Kernel Processor, Knife Sharpener, Rear Hitch & Bumper, Instructor Seat, Spout Camera and Display, HID Lights, 600/65R28, 710/70R38, New Knives & Shear Bar.

A 2007 Case IH Steiger STX380 HD 4WD tractor from Webster City, Iowa sold for US$91,000 ($115,747CAD) to a buyer from the same state after 177 bids.

A 2005 John Deere 8320 MFWD tractor from Halstead, Kansas sold for US$60,450 ($76,884 CAD) to a buyer from Indiana after 80 bids.
