Alberta Barley Commission Update

 
A couple of updates from the Alberta Barley Commission. First, nominations are now being accepted for Alberta Barley’s 2017 director and delegate elections.

The boards of both Alberta Barley and the Alberta Wheat Commission have approved a project to assess the feasibility of amalgamating their management teams over a four-month trial period. Following the trial period in early 2018, the two boards will determine whether they will formalize an integrated management structure operating under one general manager and reporting to both boards.
