Missouri Pork Association Endorses Josh Hawley for Attorney General

The Missouri Pork Association has announced its endorsement of Josh Hawley for Attorney General.

“Coming from a Missouri farm family, Josh Hawley knows firsthand the challenges faced by farmers today,” said Scott Phillips, chairman of the Missouri Pork Association. “We believe he will be a great ally of the pork industry as we work to ensure a fair regulatory environment and minimize barriers for Missouri’s hog farmers.”

“I’m honored by the Pork Association’s endorsement,” said Hawley. “Pork is a major player in Missouri’s economy and I am honored by the overwhelming support our campaign has received from our state’s agriculture community. Strong states need good jobs, and as attorney general I will defend Missouri’s economy from job killing Washington red tape.”

The Missouri Pork Association represents the state’s pork producers in the areas of promotion, research, education and legislation
