Soil moisture reserves

First off today, what was the growing season like and what does that mean for the soil moisture situation in the province as we head into winter? Ralph Wright, head of agro-meteorology with Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, dropped by the studio with the details. Ralph the growing season started out rather cold, as producers were preparing for seeding.
